Alumni: What is that???

An alumna (male form: alumnus) is an ex-student of a school or a university. As trait d’union exists since 2000, of course many of the pupils, who participated once in the international school magazine, are now no longer at school. But some of them wanted to stay in the “trait d’union family” and to continue their editorial work. This is very important, because meanwhile they gained experiences in the university or/and the professional area, which can be very helpful to our editors who are still at school.

So please, dear editors, please welcome the trait d’union Alumni (you recognise them by the extension “.al”). Comment on their articles, befriend with them and invite them into you intercultural editorial teams (IET). At present three alumni are registered, and at this point one of them - Ehsan from Munich – is not only the most active alumnus, but the most active editor. Certainly other alumni will join us shortly. Even there exists an own group for them, the Alumni Meeting Point.

So, dear ex-editors, don’t hesitate any longer and “come home”! :-) And all of you, who are still at school, feel invited to become one day trait d’union Alumni too!

  1. Thanks Mister Thiel, for your nice introduction,
Hopefully more and more people, like students, alumnis, teachers and others will join this project.
